Williams Records is staffed and led by an incredible team of talented and experienced individuals. Below you will meet them.

Mark Williams

Mark Williams is currently President & CEO of Williams Records Management, a full service commercial records center located in Los Angeles.  Williams Records Management was established as part of his family's business as an outgrowth of a trucking and storage company his grandfather started in Los Angeles back in 1922. 

Mark joined the business in 1977 and for three years learned every facet, from clerical duties to freight operations, then became Vice President, Sales and Marketing.  Several years later, Mark and his brother Douglas responded to changes in the transportation industry, and focused their attention on records management.  Today, Williams Records Management is one of the largest commercial records centers in Southern California, providing services to approximately 900 companies, large and small, from San Diego to Ventura County. 

Mark is an active member in the Association of Records Managers & Administrators (ARMA), as well as in several Chambers of Commerce in Southern California.  He was a founding member of PRISM International and is a current board member.

Douglas Williams

Douglas Williams is a graduate of San Francisco State University.  He currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Williams Service Corporation.  He is responsible for the operational and financial aspects of Williams Records Management.
