If you don't have the time or resources to prepare your documents for
archive, our staff can take care of the entire process for you. We organize
your files into labeled and barcoded storage containers and provide you
with a manifest of all your records for easy access when you need them
later. We'll even come to your office and do the work there.
Pickup and Delivery
We can retrieve a document for you 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
With bonded drivers and a fleet of vehicles at your disposal, picking
up and delivering documents couldn't be easier. Depending on your needs,
we can retrieve a stored document and have it delivered to your office
24-hours a day, any day of the year. We're never more than a phone call

Round-the-Clock Security

Your records are safer in our Storage Center than they are in your office.
Here's how we do it:
Start with an eight-acre site near the heart of downtown Los Angeles.
Construct a 450,000-square-foot Storage Center, reinforced with steel
and concrete. Place fire, smoke, water and burglary detectors throughout
the facility. Restrict access to authorized personnel only. And monitor
the facility every minute of the day.
We think that kind of preparation and diligence is the least you can expect.
After all, we store our records here too.
Automated Tracking
You always know the location of your file.
Every container you place in our care receives a barcoded control label.
Thus, when we arrive for pickup, we scan each piece before it is placed
on one of our trucks. Each carton is re-scanned when it is entered into
our Inventory Control System (ICS).

Likewise, when you retrieve any item, it is scanned upon removal and
again upon delivery. We take every precaution to ensure that when you
turn over valuable records to us we know precisely where they are at all
times.
